CareBuilders at Home has introduced the Virtual Caregiver Program to fight senior isolation and depression through daily engagement and monitoring. Using cutting-edge, voice-activated technology, it transforms a client’s TV into an on-demand video call system for easy, face-to-face interaction with family, friends, and CareBuilders’ team.
The Virtual Care Platform controls everything through a universal voice-activated remote, giving CareBuilders’ team visibility into clients’ daily routines to detect health or behavior changes, notify family or healthcare providers, and coordinate additional care when needed.
This subscription-based program includes daily “Check-in and Chat” calls to monitor clients’ well-being and proactively support their care. It also offers optional services like personal care, housekeeping, and shopping, with flexible packages that clients can customize to fit their needs.
Virtual Check-ins
Senior isolation can be destructive to both mental and physical health. These daily 15-minute calls ensure seniors are healthy while offering them an opportunity to socialize with a friendly voice. The insights gained by these calls will be compiled into monthly reports for families and primary care physicians
